Meet Your Tutor

Dr Sally Bramley

Functional Medicine Doctor

Dr Sally Bramley is an NHS-trained doctor and the founder of Tru Health. She specialises in integrative, whole-person medicine, supporting people with complex and chronic health conditions through an approach that brings together conventional medical care, functional medicine, and mind–body science.

Alongside her clinical training within the NHS, Sally has spent years developing expertise in root-cause medicine, advanced functional diagnostics, nervous-system regulation, and trauma-informed care. Her work is grounded in physiology, but deeply attuned to the lived experience of illness, recognising the roles of stress, environment, emotions, and meaning in health and healing.

She supports people not just to manage symptoms, but to understand their bodies, rebuild trust in themselves, and create conditions where healing can emerge naturally. Having navigated a period of ill health herself, Sally brings a lived, empathetic perspective to her work. This personal experience has shaped her belief that true health is not about fixing what is broken, but about removing barriers to the body’s innate capacity for repair and vitality.
